This is a favorite starter or mid level vest among the staff at Axis Tactical and customers alike. This great start to any set up. The MOPC packs a lot of features for it’s price. There is a huge pocket on the front, behind the molle webbing and can be used for mags, maps and more. This super rugged carrier features a cummerbund that accepts optional soft armor panels or hard armor plates. (6x6 or 6x8 hard armor plates will require the optional side plate pouch as well.)
The Gen II, Modular Operator Plate Carrier (MOPC) is packed with Molle and is a great combination of affordability and utility. It offers an improved ergonomic design front and rear panel, giving coverage where you want and space where you need. Combined with any of our shooters cut pates and you’ll be able to properly shoulder your rifle without issue!
Inside of the MOPC you’ll find moisture wicking mesh which allows the vest to breathe during use. The fully adjustable and removable cummerbund includes built in side plate pockets which can accept soft armor plates. Front and rear plate pockets feature an elastic horizontal band along with a vertical / adjustable retention strap which allows you to adjust the ride height and positioning of your armor plate.
Padded and fully adjustable shoulder and side straps allow this carrier to be a one size fits all. Front abdomen admin pocket is secured with Velcro and allows you to store flat accessories, documents or maps without any additional pouches; it’s built into the carrier. Fits multiple M4 / AR15 Magazine Molle pouches, Pistol Pouches, Utility Pouches, Rear side Hydration Carrier and many other pouches.
