Each item is hand inspected before getting shipped. Although this takes a few moments longer, it’s worth it to us! This makes sure your order is correct and the quality meets our unforgiving standards.

Some companies are creating a shipping labels the second you make a purchase. This keeps you wondering when your order is actually going to ship. We will not create a shipping label until your order is packed and ready to head out the door. Once you receive the email with your tracking number, you can be sure your order is on its way!

Occasionally our site will charge too much for shipping due to a third party shipping calculator (USPS, UPS etc.). We check the shipping rates in house before any item goes out.
